While on my vacations to Jamaica I picked up this recipe for a great summer drink. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 ounce rum-based coffee liqueur
1 ounce rum cream (hard to find)
2 ounces milk
1/2 ounce simple syrup (a mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 sugar that is simmered until sugar is dissolved)
1/2 banana (ripe)
1 cup ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency. Serve in a frosted mug.
